We found the room to be very clean, the amenities were what we needed, and the staff was very helpful. Aaron served us well, making sure to meet our needs with a smile. We found the complimentary breakfast to be excellent, with extras like sausage and gravy one morning and bacon the other. Highly recommend.

Hotel Stay was very quiet, even at a booked hotel, no noise, also one of the cleanest elevators ive been in, which shows they do good cleaning at this Holiday Inn compared to others. Good work, a good rest.

We have stayed in many Holiday Inns in the United States. This was my first time staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Painesville - Concord by IHG in Painesville, OH. The hotel is surrounded by woods and is very quiet. The biggest feature of this hotel is its delicious breakfast. There are also many people in the morning and it is very lively.

Emaculate ! The lady that was preparing breakfast did an excellent job . Best hotel breakfast I've had EVER in a non downtown, swanky type hotel. The rooms were great, and the facility was squeaky clean. The staff was great too. However, their sinage sucks, even Google maps had a horrible way to get their. Could use some improving.

We stayed here summer 2023 and 5/6/2024. We love the cleanliness of the rooms, space of the rooms, large bathrooms so it doesn’t get hot from taking a shower, darkness of the window blinds, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of options. We were impressed summer 2023 travels that this location will be our halfway stop every time when we travel from MO to MA. I haven’t been in as great of a hotel as this one. Its great for our family of 6.

The Holiday Inn in Painesville, Ohio, provided a very comfortable and pleasant stay during our visit. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations and was a great way to start each morning. Not only did they offer the typical assortment of pastries, cereals, and fruit, but there were also delicious hot options like egg omelete , cereals, fruits and lot of other varieties to choose frkm. It’s clear the hotel takes pride in offering quality breakfast choices that go beyond the usual offerings. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well-serviced stay in Painesville, we would highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. Felt like it could have been just a little bit cleaner after housekeeping made their rounds.

My husband and I were at this hotel due to an accident we were in on interstate 90. They were welcoming, very helpful and understanding of our situation. Since our car had to be towed, everything we owned had to be cleared out and brought to the hotel. The afternoon desk clerk help us carry all our things to our room. The evening clerk made us a bag of food since every place was closed (July 4). They also checked to make sure we were ok. I cannot thank the people of this hotel enough. They made a horrible day more than just tolerable!!

The bed was very comfy, and the room was plenty large enough. However, the controls for the window AC/heating unit did not seem to work. It was set at 60 degrees when I arrived, and I changed it to 72, and in 5-10 minutes it did not shut off. I ended up just turning the whole unit off, which worked perfectly.
